All content on this website—including text, photos, videos, branding, and design elements—is owned by Grade A Studios or used with permission and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without written approval. We may update our services, pricing, hours, policies, or website content at any time to improve operations or reflect current offerings. Any misuse of the website, interference with functionality, or abusive behavior toward staff or guests may result in refusal of service.
Bookings, Memberships, and Studio Rules
Bookings and events are scheduled based on availability and may require confirmation. Clients are responsible for arriving on time; late arrival may reduce the usable time of the booking. Membership benefits (including hours, perks, or priority scheduling) are subject to the terms of the specific plan and may require a studio tour or verification for certain options. Guests must respect the studio space, equipment, and staff. Any damage caused by a client or their guests may result in additional charges. Grade A Studios may record or photograph areas of the facility during events or sessions for promotional purposes; if you have a concern, please notify staff in advance so we can discuss reasonable accommodations.
Payments, Cancellations, and Liability
When payments apply, all fees and charges must be paid according to the terms shown at checkout or outlined in your agreement. Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary by service type and will be communicated during booking; no-shows and late cancellations may be subject to fees. Grade A Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended items. By entering and using the studio or attending an event, you assume responsibility for your personal safety and property and agree that Grade A Studios is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages beyond what is required by law.
